Members of public are welcome to visit the booth and participate in the following activities, specially put up by the Advanced Care Planning (ACP) team @ Sengkang General Hospital:

1) interactive games and quiz to promote ACP awareness among healthcare staff and members of the public

2) conversation sessions to find out more about ACP

3) activity board for people to take time to reflect and pen down their thoughts.
